CriarPasseFiscal

Este método é utilizado para o envio de uma requisição de Passe Fiscal, necessário para o transporte interestadual de álcool. O retorno deste método, em caso de sucesso, é o formulário do Passe Fiscal em formato PDF. No caso de impossibilidade de geração do Passe Fiscal, uma mensagem de erro será retornada, codificada em UTF-8.
A requisição deve estar em conformidade com o schema SolicitacaoPasseFiscal.
ATENÇÃO: Este documento só é gerado para as operações interestaduais.
